About us

Our story

A community-driven approach to helping internationally-trained professionals crack the Australian job market with clarity, strategy and insider knowledge.

In 2017, I experienced firsthand how challenging it is to navigate the Australian job market as an internationally-trained professional. Despite strong technical skills and years of experience, the hidden rules of Australian workplace culture, recruiter expectations and networking dynamics were nowhere to be found in job boards or generic career advice.

That gap became JobSeeker Circle: a community-driven approach to helping professionals like you crack the Australian job market with clarity, strategy and insider knowledge.

Since then, we’ve run 150+ community events, helped hundreds of professionals land roles at companies like Westpac, Polyglot and AWS, and built a proven 4-step framework that works whether you’re relocating to Australia or already here and ready for your next move.

In 2026, I was honoured to be named a finalist for the IABCA Australia India Impact Award (Individual category), recognition of the years we’ve spent building genuine community impact in the Australia-India corridor.

The 4-step framework

Role Clarity → Resume Strategy → Networking → Interview Preparation

1

Role Clarity

Your job search should start with becoming very clear about which role you’re targeting and how your experience and skills add value to that role. Without this clarity, your resume, networking and interviews lack focus and fail to convince employers you’re the right fit.

2

Resume Strategy

A resume is like a marketing brochure. It should generate enough quality leads to get you as many interviews as possible. We help you tailor your resume to Australian market standards, highlight the right achievements, and position yourself for the roles you’re actually targeting.

3

Networking

If you’re only applying for jobs through online portals, you’re missing out on the hidden job market where interview calls and offers are generated through referrals. We teach you how to build genuine professional connections that open doors you didn’t know existed.

4

Interview Preparation

Preparing for your interview is key so you’re able to bring out the best examples from your experience in the context of the role you’re interviewing for. We help you craft compelling stories, anticipate recruiter questions, and present yourself with confidence.
