In 2017, I experienced firsthand how challenging it is to navigate the Australian job market as an internationally-trained professional. Despite strong technical skills and years of experience, the hidden rules of Australian workplace culture, recruiter expectations, and networking dynamics were nowhere to be found in job boards or generic career advice.
That gap became JobSeeker Circle — a community-driven approach to helping professionals like you crack the Australian job market with clarity, strategy, and insider knowledge.
Since then, we’ve run 150+ community events, helped hundreds of professionals land roles at companies like Westpac, Polyglot, and AWS, and built a proven 4-step framework that works whether you’re relocating to Australia or already here and ready for your next move.

With 20+ years in product and delivery leadership across Australia and India, I’ve navigated the challenges internationally-trained professionals face firsthand. Since 2017, I’ve run 150+ community events and helped hundreds land roles at Westpac, Polyglot, AWS, IAG, and other leading Australian companies. My 4-step framework delivers results across Business Analysis, Product, Data, and Technology roles. I’m a graduate of Founders Institute and a member of the Australia India Business Council (AIBC), supporting professionals and businesses across the Australia-India corridor. In 2026, I was named a finalist for the IABCA Australia India Impact Award — recognition of nearly a decade building community-driven career support.
